Our parliamentary sessions are quite rowdy and serve as a means of entertainment for some Malaysians.

However, parliamentary sessions in other countries may be completely different given the chaos they experience.

Recently, a clip of a Taiwanese parliamentary member went viral on different social media platforms. In the clip, the MP took a stack of papers from an old man and ran away. According to Focus Taiwan, the MP who stole the bill is Guo Kuo Wen.

The 10-second video showed how Guo snatched the bill, braved through a crowd, and ran away from the many hands that tried to catch him before going out the doors—all to prevent the bills from being passed.

The parliamentary session for that day did not end even at 10:30 pm, as there was too much chaos, to the point that five members of the parliament had to be sent to the hospital for their injuries.

The bills pushed for amendments are said to give the Legislature additional powers, including punishing officials who make false statements in parliament.

Well, this clip certainly makes our parliament sessions look tame. What is your take on this? Let us know in the comments.
