Video: Rawang Man Caught On Camera Stealing Unsuspecting Shop Owner’s Phone

Thieves or wannabe thieves in Malaysia are getting more and more careless with their ways.

With the introduction of hidden CCTV cameras, it is astounding how these people continue to think that they can con honest Malaysians in their effort of making a quick buck.

One such incident took place at an R&R stop in Rawang, Selangor where a thief attempted to make a clean getaway after stealing a phone only to be caught on camera for the world to see.

Here is the video.

Shared by Facebook page 我们是马来西亚人 We are Malaysians, the footage of the man stealing the unsuspecting shopowner’s handphone was caught on the shop’s CCTV before fleeing the scene of the crime.

The man dressed in white clearly knew what he was doing, but probably due to inexperience, he failed to establish whether or not the coast was clear.

Smile! You are popular now.

We sincerely hope that further action is taken against this man for taking something that does not belong to him and thinking that he can get away with it!
