Starting September 2, 2024 (Monday), airlines will be required to offer full refunds to passengers should their flights be delayed for 5 hours or more.
According to a report by Sinar Harian, Transport Minister Anthony Loke Siew Fook shared that the airline must provide the full refund through the original payment method if the passenger chooses not to proceed with the journey due to the delay.
