According to VulcanPost, Malaysian company, Data & Roses Sdn. Bhd. recently developed the free Buku 55 app to help users be on top of their debts. So, what’s the app like?

When you first open it, you’re advised to set up a PIN number to protect your information, and depending on your phone, you can also use your fingerprint to access the app. So, if you ask us, it definitely makes us feel safe using this app so far!

Once the PIN number has been keyed in, three sections with the categories “Kau Hutang Orang/You Owe Them”, “Orang Hutang Kau/They Owe You” and “Semua Sekali/Overall”. The sections are pretty self-explanatory and easy to navigate, too. All you have to do is just key in the date, the relevant names, and the amount of money, and it’s recorded!

Plus, if you’ve already settled your debt or collected the money that was owed to you, just tap their name, record the payment, and their name will automatically be wiped out from the list. Pretty straightforward, eh?
