Have you been thinking of getting that haircut but just have not gotten around to it? Wait no more because now, you can get your hair cut AND do good!

The Interact Club of SMK Assunta (ICSMKA) is organising a hair donation drive on September 24, 2022 (Saturday) and they are welcoming everyone.

The event is a collaboration between ICSMKA and Locks of Hope Association, an organisation that provides the public a platform to donate their hair that will be turned into wigs for cancer patients.

Below are the event details:

Venue: SMK Assunta, Jalan Changgai, Seksyen 9, 46000, Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Date: 24 September 2022 (Saturday)

Time: 1pm – 4 pm

If you are donating your hair, the haircut will cost RM6.

For those of you whose hair is not long enough to donate, you can also get your hair cut or trimmed by a professional barber for just RM16. For more complex hairstyles, an extra RM5 will be charged.

“We would love to see more people donate their hair and it’s totally fine for those whose hair is not long enough to donate, as they could just come for a haircut or trim at a lower cost too,” said Hui Xin, the president of ICSMKA.

To register to be a donor, scan the QR code below to fill up the Google form.
