We wonder how Malaysians are going to feel about this!

In his live announcement today, Prime Minister, Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin introduced the PEMERKASA + programme with RM40billion intended to help the rakyat.

The PM extended his gratitude to everyone helping to battle the pandemic and this includes optimising every frontliner and rakyat in charge of curbing the Covid-19 infection. He added that similar to MCO 1.0, in a sign of solidarity, every minister and deputy minister will not be receiving their salaries for three months starting June 2021.

The salary amount will be channelled into the Disaster Trust Account to fund Covid-19 expenditures.
