On November 10, North Korea reportedly sent a request to China to stop referring to their supreme leader Kim Jong Un as “Fatty Kim 3” in the media and daily use.

According to RocketNews24, Jin San Pang (金三胖) is the nickname that the Chinese people are using. Just using Google search will clearly show the results.

However, Baidu, China’s no.1 search engine, has disabled any search results using for “金三胖”. Apparently, there were reports stating that official action has been taken against this nickname.

Now that the nickname had been blacklisted from China’s website, the Chinese are trying to think up of more creative names for the supreme leader. A few examples would be “Kim Fat Fat” (Jin Pang Pang) and “Kim Fat 3” (Jin San Fei).

When Japanese people heard of this news, they too shared some ideas of nicknames for Kim Jong Un such as “Android 19” and “Black Telephone”.

Android 19 is a character from Dragon Ball Z which looks really similar to the North Korean leader.

Black telephone on the other hand refers to old rotary telephones which apparently also have similar features to the leader. The phone is short and round and the receiver resting on top the phone looks like his haircut.

One Japanese netizen even added that whining about this situation wouldn’t help make things better.

“Doesn’t he know complaining will just make it worse?”

True enough, now that North Korea had requested China to stop with those nicknames, it seems like more and more countries are adding their own nicknames for Kim Jong Un.

However, it really isn’t nice to make fun of people’s appearance ok. The supreme leader also has emotions too~
