After receiving a fine of RM3,000 for her refusal to put on a face mask before entering a Dior boutique, the KLCC “Karen” has finally shared her stand on the incident.

The woman, who identified herself as Kerry speaks about freedom in a video shared by 117%WeThePeople Twitter page. She begins the video by expressing her love towards the country as her heart, her soul and her children all have a much-loved home here. The links are also provided in the thread post which highlights the countries where vaccinations, social distancing, and masking up are no longer mandatory.

“You are invited to read for yourselves and form your own opinion. Open your eyes, open your heart, open your souls,” Kerry added.

In the 2 minutes and 20 seconds video, she also speaks about her vision of a united Malaysia by asking the people to imagine a rumah terbuka (open house) on a daily basis in our lives with all Malaysians involved, before proceeding to speak about human rights.

“A man who does not know his rights, has no rights. We are free,” she emphasized on how everyone is free to do what they want to do, before ending the video with the catchphrase “let’s go Brandon.”

“Let’s go Brandon” is commonly known as a phrase that is used as a code to criticize the U.S. President, Joe Biden, according to Today.

Additionally, the captions of the post also highlight how Kerry has been harassed after she was penalized for her refusal to mask up. The authorities were also branded as “tyrannies” for carrying out their duties.

Kerry or KLCC “Karen” (dubbed by netizens) was also seen causing a scene after being denied entry into Bangsar Shopping Centre for the same reason – refusal to put on the mask.

Tyranny

As expected, netizens have a lot to say about this, with most of them asking Kerry to abide by the rules or simply leave the country.
