Sometimes, the road to hell is paved with good intentions.
What was meant to be a help for her BFF eventually turned out to be a rescue plan for herself. In a Facebook post by Xuan Play, a woman, Samantha (pseudonym) welcomed her BFF to her house and allowed her to seek shelter at the place from her abusive husband.

Samantha’s husband was initially not on board with her plan but eventually said yes because he listened to his wife.
“I allowed my BFF to take care of my young daughter. Everything went well, until I noticed something was off recently.”
Not only Samantha’s daughter has grown fond and closer to the BFF, but she noticed that the man in the house was not spared too.
The BFF is planning to take her husband away from her, which she heard with her own ears.
“She personally cooks my husband’s favourite meals and they both talk a lot now.”

Recently, Samantha decided to come home from work early and that’s when she heard something shocking.
“MY BFF told my husband that she wants him, and will take him away from me. She knows my husband loves our daughter, so she’s using the little kid to get my husband’s attention.”
Samantha was shocked at what she heard, given how close she is to her friend whom she has known since her college days.
“I let her stay in my house for free. I even paid her tuition fees to teach my daughter, and now she’s doing this.”

Samantha is now left heartbroken and conflicted at the same time, wondering if she should keep her BFF in her house to protect her from her abusive husband, or if she should ask her to leave which would make her prone to the dangers of her husband.
“She has no one to rely on out there. But in the meantime, she’s pretty and I’m worried about my husband.”
