Well for this Malaysian man, the first thing that comes to his mind after surgery is calling for the Avengers to assemble!

The funniest part of the video was when he screamed,
“Ironman is alive!”
…followed by him crying as he knew Ironman passed away at the end of the movie.? Spoiler alert!
In the second clip shared, he even asked the Black Widow to save him so that they can work together to fight Thanos. His siblings who were there played along with him as they tried to get him to talk more about the Avengers while laughing at him at the same time.
