Your next delivery could be from AirAsia group CEO Tony Fernandes!

Fernandes recently took to his Instagram to share photos of himself decked out in delivery rider gear, posing next to what appears to be a motorcycle with AirAsia’s new food delivery service logo stamped on it.

The post was captioned with, “getting ready to make food deliveries to your house. Check out @airasiafood.” The Group CEO of AirAsia is set to make his rounds in Klang Valley starting December.

AirAsia Food was launched in June 2020 to help local businesses by allowing them to continue selling their goods on the food delivery service. Since then, AirAsia food has enabled more than 200 merchants all around Klang Valley, as said by a statement released by the airline company. For now, the delivery service only extends to citizens within the Klang Valley area.

If you’re wondering what makes AirAsia Food stands out from other delivery services, their website says, “unlike other food delivery platforms, AirAsia food clearly sets themselves apart with a 0% commission model, enabling merchants to power and manage their businesses without having to pay high commission rates.”

So the next time you’re in the mood to order a food delivery service, why not try Airasia food? You might be in for a special surprise when you open your door!
