In Malaysia, possessions aren’t exactly an uncommon thing. In fact, we’ve seen so many possessions of school students that there are numerous movies, TV shows and documentaries about this phenomena.

But this is the very first time we’ve heard of a possession inside a KTV centre!

As shared by the 我们是马来西亚人 We are Malaysians Facebook page; a video shows a man allegedly possessed at a KTV centre located in Penang.

Possessed 5

The video starts off with the man lying on the ground, faced down, and shaking his head as others watch around him. You can also hear him making odd moaning and crying noises. Eventually, the video cuts to multiple people trying to pin the possessed man down.

Among the people trying to help the man, one person is frantically heard chanting holy words of prayer to exorcise the man from the ‘possession’.

Netizens, on the other hand, believe that a different kind of spirit caused the ‘possession’.

Either way, we genuinely hope that the man is okay and receiving the help he needs.
