The annual 11.11 sale just happened one week ago and if you’re one of those still waiting for your packages to arrive, this might not be good news to you.
A delivery truck caught fire yesterday (17 November), resulting in the whole cargo and contents being burnt completely.

A Malaysian woman, Kitty Goh, witnessed the incident at about 2.45pm where the courier lorry somehow caught fire near the Parti Gerakan Rakyat Malaysia (PGRM) building in Cheras.
Kitty also posted several photos of the incident on Facebook where it shows the entire lorry burnt with holes and blackening on the inside of the cargo. She said that the packages inside the lorry were also burnt while one of the staff called for help.

She added that the incident took place in the unloading area next to the apartment, which means that not many people noticed it. However, it is not known what had caused the fire in the first place.
This is highly unfortunate! Thankfully, no one was injured during the incident.
