Kind Pakcik in Kuching Without Hesitation Gives Shirt He’s Wearing to Underprivileged Man in The Rain

The kind action of a Malaysian man in Kuching, Sarawak has touched the heartstrings of Malaysians nationwide after a video of his selfless act was shared on social media.

Going viral on TikTok, the video shared by @afhiaffandy has garnered over 6.4 million views and 780,500 likes as of the time of writing, with Malaysians unanimously praising the pakcik for having zero hesitation in helping a person in need.

 

A pakcik gave away the shirt he was wearing to an individual in need without any hesitation

In the video, a shirtless man on the street of a commercial area during the rain can be seen being approached by the pakcik, who was wearing a green Muslim garb.

After a brief inaudible conversation, the pakcik then immediately removed his clothes, including the white shirt he was wearing inside the Muslim garb.

He then gave the white shirt to the underprivileged man for him to wear.

Afterwards, the kind pakcik bought some food from the nearby eatery and gave it to the underprivileged individual.

In the caption, @afhiaffandy shared that the pakcik in the video is Haji Wan Alamshah and that he is well-known for his generosity and good deeds to those in need.

@afhiaffandy also shared 1 of the things that Haji Wan Alamshah used to say to him:

“If we are unable to help a starving person in alleviating them of their hunger, it’s enough for us to make the person we help smile,”

Malaysians praised the pakcik‘s selfless actions

In the comments section, many Malaysians were touched by Haji Wan Alamshah’s kind actions and prayed for him to be given prosperity and good health.

One commenter said that when we encounter those in need, God is not testing them but actually testing us to see what we will do.

Meanwhile, another commenter said that as long as the underprivileged man wears the shirt the pakcik gave him, God will bestow heavenly rewards for the pakcik.
