If there’s one thing we can all agree on, it’s that Malaysians can never ignore another Malaysian in trouble. Whenever we see someone in need, you can be sure someone will always step up to lend a helping hand.

In a recent video posted by @boss.erry, he shares a heartwarming encounter with a random food rider he saw on his way to a petrol station.

The food rider was offered help

In the video, a food rider is seen pushing his motorcycle by the roadside. A man and his friend witnessed this and wondered if the motorcycle was broken.

Speaking to WORLD OF BUZZ, Erry explained that he approached the food rider to offer help, and the incident took place at a petrol station in Selayang.

His motorcycle ran out of fuel

Erry shared that upon seeing the man, he stopped to help by asking what was wrong with the food rider’s motorcycle. The food rider responded that he had run out of petrol.

He continued by explaining that after offering to help, he told the food rider he would meet him at a nearby petrol station and offered to refuel his motorcycle.

“I gave him money, but he only refueled RM1. Why is that?” Erry questions in the video.

“My kid at home hasn’t eaten anything yet”

Seeing that the driver only refueled RM1 worth of petrol, Erry approached the food rider again to ask why he didn’t use more of the money.

The food rider explained that he only needed enough fuel to get home and wanted to save the rest for his child. He shared that his child at home hadn’t eaten yet and said,

“With the extra money, I want to buy disposable diapers.”

“I want to share my blessings”

Touched by the food rider’s situation, Erry offered him more money to help out more. However, the food rider politely turned down the offer, saying he didn’t need any more help.

Erry assured him that he genuinely wanted to help and that he just wanted to share his blessings with someone who needed it. Erry concluded the interview with a piece of advice, saying,

“Let’s hope the food rider brother keeps getting blessings and things get easier for him.”
