From Sambal Nyet to The MRT! Khairul Aming’s Lookalike Spotted Working at MRT Counter

Although it is rare and extremely uncommon for you to find your doppelganger, there seems to be a huge rise of discoveries recently.

Recently, a picture of a man who looked exactly like Fast & Furious hero Vin Diesel, made its rounds on Malaysian social media.

Now, yet another doppelganger of a famous figure was spotted out and about in public of local businessman and chef Khairul Aming who is well known for his highly demanded ‘Sambal Nyet’.

In a video which has since gone viral on Twitter, user @jayzahir shared the moment he encountered someone who looked identical to Khairul Aming except for the fact that he was working at an MRT counter!

Uncanny resemblance 

The video of the man at the MRT counter has since gone viral as it sits on over 1.6 million views. It has since captured the attention of netizens who made jokes about his resemblance to Khairul Aming.

“If he was the one handling the counter, in 3 minutes, more than 10,000 tickets would’ve been sold.”

“Have they opened a physical store? So can just walk in and buy Sambal Nyet?“, commented a user.

Another netizen commented, “I thought it’s just Anthony Loke who likes to wear disguises at the MRT.”

The video has captured the attention of Khairul Aming who responded to the clip by tweeting, “That’s my twin.”
