Online shopping certainly makes things easier with the absence of long queues and the hassle of going out, but the waiting time before the parcel arrives on your doorstep can be dreadful.

Fans of local celebrity Chef, Khairul Aming apparently do not have to wait for too long.  His famous product, Sambal Nyet, which made him a millionaire, receives thousands of orders every month.

Recently, a buyer revealed that his Sambal Nyet order, which came all the way from Kelantan to Kinrara, Puchong took less than 24 hours!

If you refer to the screenshot of the order above, the parcel was prepared on December 7 at 11:41 am, and at 10:32 am the next day, the parcel was successfully delivered.

The buyer also said that this was his 5th time buying from Khairul Aming, and his order has always been delivered to him in less than 24 hours.

This has left not only the buyer to wonder what makes the process so smooth and quick, but it appears that many other buyers have also been wondering the same.

“2,000 to 3,000 parcels per day”

The tweet has captured the attention of the founder of Sambal Nyet himself and in a brief tweet, Khairul responded and solved the “mystery” of his speedy delivery once and for all.

Khairul said that his team purposely works fast to speed up the process so that the parcels can reach their respective destinations as soon as possible.

“If a buyer purchases at 10am, we print the waybill at 10:30am and wrap the packages at 11am. By 12pm, the packages are ready to be picked up by Pos Laju.”

The celebrity chef also revealed that in one day alone, they repeat the same cycle for up to 3,000 parcels.

“Thank God, as of now, most of the parcels reach early,” he added.

Top-notch efficiency!

Khairul’s brief (and straight to the point) tweet was met with much praise by many Malaysians who highlighted his efficiency in running a major online business.

“Hundreds of parcels within an hour. Most of the time, Sambal Nyet reaches in only 1 day, or 3 to 4 days if there are delays. As of now, no leakages yet. Kudos to your team who put in all their commitment!”

Khairul responded to the tweet by crediting the efforts to his team, whom he described as efficient.

“There is a lot we can learn from master Khairul Aming. He’s organised and detailed. Salute,” commented a user.

In the meantime, a netizen shared his similar experience of receiving the parcel just one day after placing his order.

“Congratulations, team Sambal Nyet! Credit goes to Pos Malaysia too!”

Some netizens urged him to place his products into supermarkets, “Have you thought of placing your product in the supermarket? At least speed mart?”

Khairul Aming found himself fame following his successful cooking videos on his YouTube channel and his very own Sambal Nyet. At times, he is also known for his humble attitude.

Fellow Malaysians, have you tried out his Sambal Nyet? Did you receive your order in a timely manner?
