PAS Selangor recently condemned a charity fundraising event at a Chinese school in Sepang, due to the sponsorship from a beer company as it goes against Islamic values and it allegedly promotes alcohol to school children.

They also called out the Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Housing and Local Government, Datuk Aiman Athirah Sabu, who is also the Sepang MP, for her involvement in the charity event.

Now, Datuk Aiman is hitting back as she calls PAS politicians ‘hypocrites’ as she claims they are often seen mingling with Malaysians who are drinking alcohol and eating pork during election campaigns. She said this during an interview with Amanah Youth Vice Head Zulhazmi Hassan, also known as Jeming Hassan on YouTube.

She said, “I contributed RM100,000 (to the school), but they didn’t see that. They didn’t say anything about that.”

Jeming Hassan then brought up how the late Datuk Seri Salahuddin Ayub (former Minister of Domestic Trade and Cost of Living) had alleged that the late Datuk Seri Nik Abdul Aziz Nik Mat (Mursyidul Am PAS) also sat down with Chinese individuals while they were consuming alcohol during an election campaign season.

“What’s there to be scared of? We’re not the ones drinking!”

“When they’re campaigning, it’s okay for them to be around people who are drinking, people who are eating pork. After they’re done eating pork, it’s even okay for (PAS politicians) to salam (handshake) with them. Hypocrites!” Datuk Aiman added.
