The current situation in Malaysia has affected everyone in various ways. Countless losses have been identified in just a few days, which is indeed heartbreaking news for all.

We received more horrible news which would break the hearts of every book lover. Big Bad Wolf Books posted a video showcasing the condition of damaged books swallowed by the floodwater.

Snippets of countless books floating above water and covered in mud break our heart just from seeing it!

“Flood waters had ravaged through our warehouse over the weekend, submerging the entire lower level and damaging millions of books.”

Due to this unexpected circumstances, Big Bad Wolf announced that there might be a slight delay in deliveries of purchased items from their Shopee store and they ask for the customers’ patience as they are trying their best to fulfil all orders.

“As a business, Big Bad Wolf Books has never experienced anything as traumatic as this, and the road to recovery will be challenging, but with your continued support and compassion, Big Bad Wolf will persevere.”

A number of book lovers expressed their sorrow seeing all the books destroyed in the comment section.

Wishing the Big Bad Wolf team to stay strong, users show sympathy towards the unforeseen incident.
