We’ve always known Adele as the vocal powerhouse who gave us multiple hits to sing to in the shower!
Sadly, the last time she gave us new music was in 2016 and from then on, she has been on the down-low. However, she still stayed active on social media!
Yesterday 5th May, was Adele’s 32nd birthday. To celebrate it, she uploaded a picture of herself on Instagram to thank everyone for the birthday wishes.
“Thank you for the birthday love. I hope youāre all staying safe and sane during this crazy time.”

What a big change from back then! According to The Sun, Adele achieved her weight loss through The Sirtfood Diet and also by doing pilates!
Regarding the Covid-19 pandemic, Adele thanked all the frontliners for doing what they do.
