Most elderly people are barely able to walk up stairs, let alone climb a gate.

But, in order to escape from the nursing home she’s living in, a 92-year-old woman in China managed to climb over the nursing home’s within a whopping 24.5 seconds!

Climb 1

According to a report by NOODOU, the agile old woman has severe Alzheimer’s, though that didn’t stop her from climbing the 215cm tall gate of her nursing home in Shandong, China, to break out.

Though, fret not, because the nursing home has an early warning system and their staff managed to locate the woman and return her safely after about 25 minutes.

We genuinely hope that the elderly woman didn’t escape from the nursing home because they were mistreating her, and that it was just an Alzheimer’s episode.

We can only wish to be this athletic at her age. IF we end up living until her age, that is.
