It is believed that he was depressed due to his disease.

According to Bernama, Kuantan District Police Chief Assistant Commissioner Mohamad Noor Yusof Ali said the 55-year-old man died at the scene due to severe head injuries.

He said the initial investigation found that the victim, who was also a farmer, was found lying on the ground near the hospital lobby at 2.25pm.

“The victim is believed to have jumped from the fourth floor of the HTAA building causing injuries to the head, neck, mouth and was pronounced dead at the scene,” he said.
