Many who are struggling through the pandemic are willing to go the extra mile in order to find and make a living for themselves and their loved ones.

So much so, that one man was willing to stand in the pouring rain at a traffic light, in order to sell some burgers to those in their cars.

Local celebrity, Azad Jasmin, took to his Instagram account to showcase the young man, as he sells prepacked burgers by the side of a traffic light in Shah Alam, while completely drenched in the rain.

He wrote, “Help lah, whoever who passes through Shah Alam, help this boy, he doesn’t ask for money, he just asks that when you see him, to buy his burgers. You help him, Allah is guaranteed to help you.”

The young man could be seen standing in the heavy rain at the traffic light, in hopes that those waiting in their cars would buy a burger from him.

“While we have it easy at home, they are out there trying to make a living in the heavy rain,” Azad added.

We should help and support small businesses especially hawkers and vendors selling food by the roadside as you’ll never know how much a simple purchase could help them feed themselves and their families.
