We often close an eye when children make mistakes as we assume that they may be too young to understand what is right and wrong. However, such actions could be dangerous when raising children.
We don’t have to punish them (depending on the severity of their mistake), instead educate them that what they’re doing can harm others or even themselves.
Recently, a Twitter post caught netizens’ attention as the video showed a transgender woman generously and kindly handing out ice cream to young children.
She handed a cup of ice cream to a young boy who was standing behind her, pats his head and turns back around to hand out more ice cream to other children.
Once her back faced the boy, he indecently lifted her dress up, exposing her buttocks. The woman screams as she was shocked by the boy’s action and attempted to slap him but then stops herself.
Looking at this, netizens raged on the comments section!
“Dangerous, a kid this young at age already good at lifting skirts. This kid needs therapy ASAP. His behaviour needs to be corrected before it’s too late”, a netizen warns.
We’re faced with another reason why sex education plays a crucial role in raising children. Starting from their home to the outside world.
Kids need to know that touching someone without consent is not okay. Moreover, kids need us to educate them on boundaries and how can we go about respecting each other’s boundaries.
