God knows what kind of contents are hidden inside the phone of the predators. Just recently, a Malaysian woman named Aish took to her Twitter account to share her terrifying experience of taking the MRT.

On her Twitter account, Aish said she noticed a man trying to record her with his phone from head to toe.

“I just took the train again after months of not taking public transport, and this happened.”

Aish explained that when the man pointed his phone towards her, she did not think much about it but when he suddenly sat right in front of her (with the phone still pointed towards her), that was when Aish noticed something fishy. She took off her face mask and confronted the man.

“What are you recording?! Delete it now or I’ll call the police!” she screamed at the man.

The man started to panic and pretended to scroll through his phone, which Aish believed he was taking the opportunity to delete the “evidence”.

Aish once again asked the man, “Do you want me to call the police?” to which he replied,

“I didn’t record anything.”

The matter has since gained PDRM’s attention and according to a statement released by Cheras district Chief of Police, they are urging the victim to lodge a police report. They also urged the public NOT to make any speculation on the matter.

Speaking to WORLD OF BUZZ, Aish said that she hopes to spread awareness to other public transport users as this incident can happen to anyone.

When asked about filing a police report, Aish hinted that she might do it in the near future.

“I will, but not now. I am working and I have limited time to do that. I think I’ll do so when I have the time,” Aish told WORLD OF BUZZ.

Regardless of her decision, we truly hope that Aish and other public transport users are safe when using the facilities in the future.

To those who are commuting to work or your destination every day via public transport, have you ever encountered such an experience?
