Living in a tropical country, it is impossible not to hate mosquitoes. They attack you when you least suspect it and leave painful and itchy bumps all over your body.

Recently, a young artist from Delhi, India took to the internet to show off a collection of mosquito corpses which she had killed.

Shreya (@zynapsed) jumped on the current (How it started, how it’s going) trend on twitter. Her tweet went viral with 115,600 likes and almost 26,000 retweets.

In the picture, we can see that she has ‘documented’ 87 mosquitoes we presume she killed in a book and has yet to document her 88th victim. Well, we’re unsure if she’s interested in studying mosquitoes or this is a trophy!

Netizens were, of course, amused and most of them in the comments section were asking her if she was okay and if she needed to go for therapy.

Shreya is a 19-year-old artist and design student from National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) in New Delhi, India. She is a self-taught artist and if you would like to check out her work, you can do so here.

What do you think about Shreya’s mosquito collection? Let us know in the comments!
