Taking to social media, this jogger shared a unique exercise he witnessed on his jog last Saturday morning.
Uploading it onto TikTok, here is a video of a senior citizen, going up Gunung Tampin, with flip flops, hula hooping the whole way.
This netizen shared that the uncle did this very exercise all the way up to the peak, and back down again, non-stop.

“I can’t even hula hoop standing up. I can’t believe this man can do it and not break his stride.”
One user commented, “Hula hooping itself is tiring, let alone to run while doing it. This man did it running uphill!”
