Cats are always hiding things, be it on purpose or by accident and being cat people ourselves, we know too well that it is in their nature to hide the stuff they love.

Taking to Twitter, it simply dumbfounded this Singaporean family at the fact that their flip-flops kept going missing.

@amyramn writes, “It’s weird that we kept losing one side of our flip-flops. It happened to us for the fourth time and we kept wondering why the thief only took one side of the flip-flop and not the whole thing.”

“Guess what? We finally caught the thief.”

Speaking to various Singaporean media outlets, the family found out that half of their slippers went missing since the end of 2020.

Taking only branded men’s slippers, they initially thought that it may be the work of pranksters, only to find out that it was a cat all along.
