A teacher is someone who plays a big part in shaping young minds. More often than not, we confide in them for certain matters as well.

In a TikTok video by Cikgu Fiza that has gone viral with 1.3 million views, we see many people forming a line at the side of the road.

It turns out that they were giving their final respects to a beloved teacher and colleague, Cikgu Liew who had recently passed away. The white hearse passed by the school in Kuala Lumpur where she taught and a line was on the other side of the road.

The queue seemed like it would never end and we can see a few teachers sobbing with their hands over their mouths while hugging and comforting each other.

In another video by Cikgu Fiza, we can see the close relationship that the 2 teachers had. Cikgu Fiza wrote a heartfelt message for her dear friend in the caption of the video:

“Rest in peace, my friend. It was very difficult to believe that you are gone this soon.”

“I will miss Liew so much. Lately, she was always complaining that she was stressed and exhausted. That’s what teachers have to go through these days, it’s not that easy.”

“Liew, you are not stressed anymore. Have a good long rest in peace, my friend. I will miss the times that you come over to my desk for mindless chatter.”
