Even if you’re a master of martial arts, if you can’t block this ultimate move, you’re going down.

Yep, this dirty trick will get any strong man kneel, so if you are learning any kind of self-defense skill, you should learn to obstruct this one first.

Shared by a Twitter user, @Aliyalmra, was a video of a taekwondo practice that went wrong in a heartbeat.

Oof! You can feel his pain just by watching.

“Every guy that watched this must’ve felt his pain and I felt so sorry for the guy.”

Lesson learned though, to both men and women. The weakest spot needs the best defence.

“You can say that this represents the real world. No one would kick your body and head all the time during a fight. Just by kicking ‘that’, you can knock down a black belt master. If you can’t block any strike, you’re doing it wrong. You should always be sensitive to stimulus in martial art.”

“She unconsciously taught us (women) on what to do if you are against a bad guy or someone who wants to take advantage of us. Anyway, the video is funny.”
