The weather nowadays is really too warm to the point that it is sucking the life out of us.

Many people now try to stay indoors or go to places with air conditioning to avoid sweating all the time.

However, this one man in Guangdong, China, was beating the heat in his own way and was recorded by someone. The video has since gone viral on social media platforms such as Weibo and XiaoHongShu.

Sit In Fridge Beat The Heat 1

In the short 11-second video, the man was seen sitting in a fridge filled with drinks. He was sitting on a bright pink stool while playing with his phone.

After a while, he turned to the camera and used his knees and feet to show that the door of the fridge can be opened freely.

The caption of the video says that the clip was taken on 31 May in Guangdong, China.

According to Guangdong weather on Weibo, the temperatures that day was insane as most parts of the region recorded no less than 35°C. Temperatures in the city of Zhongshan hit a high of 37.9°C and the lowest temperature, 30.4°C, was recorded in Huilai.

For comparison, temperatures for the same week in Kuala Lumpur were around 33-34°C.

Sitting in the fridge does seem very appealing but please make sure to not replicate this at home as it is dangerous.
