If the police request you to stop your car, what’s the last thing you should do? Start speeding and try to avoid the police, of course! Remember, you’re not in a Fast and Furious movie set, so there’s no need to prove anything.

This wasn’t the case for a Honda Jazz driver in Kerteh, Terengganu yesterday, 15 September, who tried to outrun the PDRM resulting in a car-chase with IPD Kemaman’s MPV Unit!

Fortunately, an hour or so later, the driver and the passenger of the Honda Jazz were apprehended in front of McDonald’s Kerteh.

In the incident that happened at 4.25pm in Kerteh, the suspects apprehended were a 32-year-old man and a 25-year-old woman. As of now, there’s no mention of any actions taken against the pair.

Note to all Malaysians, if the police is chasing you, then that’s not the time to unleash your inner Vin Diesel. Instead just pull over and cooperate with the authorities. Unless you’re transporting horse pills or being a reckless driver, what do you have to worry about?
