In Malaysia, it is a well-known fact that the Myvi is called the King of the Road and we love to see any antics that involve the car.

On 17 February, a series of photos of a Myvi at the graveyard has been widely circulated on multiple social media platforms.

Netizens were amused with how weird the position of the Myvi is.

“How did it even get into the grave area?”

“The king is at it again. People who are dead got hit once more.”

It turns out that there may be more to the story than initially thought. According to Utusan, the Myvi was driven by an elderly woman and she fainted while she was driving her car.

The Seremban Chief Police Assistant Commissioner Nanda Maarof has said that the 60-year-old lady was visiting the grave of her husband at the Forest Heights Islamic Graveyard in Seremban.

When she was leaving the grave, she was low on sugar and that caused her to faint.

In an unconscious state, she accidentally put pressure on the oil pedal and the car crashed into several graves.

This incident has caused two graves to be damaged while the car only had minor damage in the front. Thankfully, the lady did not sustain any injuries and she is receiving well-needed treatment.

The Seremban Chief Police said that the woman’s son had lodged a report about the incident and will foot the repair bill for the damaged graves.

We’re so thankful that the woman did not get hurt in the ordeal!

Sometimes, certain things on the internet such as other people’s misfortunes may seem funny but that is not the case for the people involved.

Being kind costs nothing and we shouldn’t make any assumptions without knowing the story.
