A video shared by BERNAMA’s official Twitter account shows a busy road with rows of shops opened, with plenty of cars, motorbikes and even pedestrian walking, doing their business normally as if they are immune to the virus.

Because of this stubbornness, the defence minister, Ismail Sabri Yaakob had to make the decision to deploy the army from Sunday (22 March) onwards to assist the police in controlling the public who refuse to listen to a simple instruction.

“Just stay at home.”

As reported by FMT, the army’s involvement will surely make the implementation of MCO better and hopefully, our citizens will finally follow the simple instruction that was given to them.
