Wait, is this ‘pizza’ even considered a pizza?

A popular Pizza restaurant franchise in Thailand called ‘The Pizza Company 1112’ recently unveiled a new offering in their menu that looks like someone has eaten large parts of the pizza you ordered. I mean, just take a look at the promo image for it below:

Named the ‘double cheeseburger crusts’, it resembles a pizza that the chef forgot to put its middle part and only baked the crusts. Well, thankfully the crust is not your ordinary pizza crust as it is filled with mini cheeseburgers that are fused together into a circular crust.

If you think no one would ever want such an abomination, then think again. This has proved to be a huge hit in Thailand and the reason it was introduced was due to popular demand!

In the Facebook post promoting the new menu, The Pizza Company 1112 said,

“We’re here to please the crust lovers who really like our double cheeseburger crusts!”

How many cheeseburgers, you ask? 12 to be exact and all embedded together inside this pizza crust that is the same size as a medium-sized pizza. Furthermore, with every purchase of a double cheeseburger crust, customers will be getting ketchup and tomato mustard sauce to dip into.

One set would cost you 189 baht or around RM26. I don’t know about you, but that seems like a fair price and I wouldn’t mind ordering something similar if it was available in Malaysia!

What do you guys think? Would you get one for yourself? Share your thoughts with us in the comments section!
