“This is the worst water quality I’ve ever experienced. I can’t believe that this could happen at a famous and expensive hotel.”

“Apparently, this occurrence is not limited to my room alone, but also to a friend not far from my room on the same level.”

“I did not notice this when I was washing my hands. When I brushed my teeth, my throat was not feeling too well.”

“That’s when I knew that something was wrong. My kids bathed in the same water. If anything were to happen to them, they better be ready.”

We sincerely hope that the management has catered to the plight of their customers and ensure that incidents like this do not repeat themselves in the future.
