WATCH: Sibu Man Throws Molotov Cocktail At Bank As He’s Unhappy With Their Service

A man in Sibu, Sarawak, is currently being investigated by the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) after he threw a molotov cocktail at a bank.

His actions were allegedly motivated by his dissatisfaction over the bank’s services.

According to a report by Sin Chew Daily, this incident took place at 9pm on February 8 (Wednesday). A police report has since been made and police officers managed to identify and arrest the suspect an hour after that.

The suspect initially denied his involvement, but after police officers found that he smelled of gasoline, the suspect admitted that he was indeed the perpetrator. He shared that he had committed the act after he opened a new account with the bank and deposited RM200, but was unhappy with their service.

Additionally, a drug test performed on the suspect showed that he was positive with methamphetamine in his system.

Thankfully, the molotov cocktail only burned the entrance to the bank, and the bank in general was not effected.

 

A video of his actions has also gone viral online, showing him throwing the molotov cocktail at the bank.
