PDRM Arrests Policewoman Who Berated & Belittled 2 Lower-Ranked Police Officers in Viral Video

The Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) has arrested a policewoman seen in a viral video recently berating and belittling two Lance Corporal-ranked police officers in Gombak.

As reported by Harian Metro, Selangor Police Chief Datuk Hussein Omar confirmed the arrest, saying that the action was taken to assist in the investigation regarding the incident seen in the video.

The woman, who was arrested earlier today will be released on bail later this evening after the police finish recording her statement. The case is currently being investigated under Section 186 of the Penal Code and Section 14 of the Minor Offence Act 1954.

Yesterday, the woman, who is believed to be a senior-rank police officer, was called to the Gombak District Police Headquarters’  to provide a statement.

In the video, the policewoman can be seen shouting at two police officers with the rank of Lance Corporal after being asked to show her police authority card.

Apparently, the policewoman has a record of public outbursts such as the viral video, as two videos are now circulating on social media allegedly of the same individual shouting at others around her in different locations and incidents.

As shared by the Inforoadblock Facebook group, one incident happened at a car park while the other at an outdoor ceremony.
