The Malaysian Islamic Party (PAS) made history today by becoming the first-ever political party in our country to launch its own Super App – MyOnePAS Mastercard.

In a press conference at IDCC Shah Alam today, where the party’s 69th annual muktamar or general assembly is currently being held, PAS Secretary-General Datuk Seri Taikyuddin Hassan said that the Super App is part of the party’s digitalisation efforts.

As shared by the party’s official mouthpiece Harakah Daily, Takiyuddin revealed that the Secretary-General’s Office has collaborated with a new technical company, PASPay Technologies Sdn Bhd in developing MyOnePAS Mastercard. He further lauded the new company as having many technical experts.

Through the app, users can donate directly to the political party, a key feature for PAS as the party’s main source of income is from public donations.

Being a Super App, MyOnePAS Mastercard also integrates other apps such as SkimPAS, prayer times, news, Qibla direction and other services that make the life of PAS members easier.

Furthermore, the app also allows users to transfer funds, pay bills, as well as pay for purchases through QR codes and other financial services.

As the name would suggest, there will also be a physical Mastercard debit card connected to the Super App which can be used at all MPay and Mastercard terminals.

Currently, MyOnePAS Mastercard is only available for download on Android, with an iOS version to come out soon.
