In Malaysia, we often don’t go over a week without hearing a reckless driving case involving the Myvi, the country’s notorious king of the road. So this week is no different like any other but thankfully this time, no one was injured.

Unlike the usual running a red light or driving against traffic, the Myvi driver in question drove out of the intersection without looking left or right. From the video shared by Info Roadblock JPJ/Polis, the Myvi clearly wasn’t on the main road, hence, supposedly he needed to stop before making the turn.

Because he didn’t stop to look, he failed to realize that there was a huge lorry that was speeding on the main road. Fortunately, thanks to the quick reaction of the lorry driver who immediately slammed down his brake, a major accident was avoided and the Myvi simply drove off like he did not do anything wrong.

To all drivers out there whether you’re driving the Mvyi or any other cars, please be mindful on the road. You can really do some damage to yourself and others if you drive recklessly. So let’s work together to stop unnecessary accidents from happening.
