A married pair in China recently got into a heated argument and unfortunately, their 2 innocent children not only had to witness the fight but also became “part” of the fight. The woman sat her children on an air conditioning unit outside their flat window on the 23rd floor.

According to a viral Douyin video, the woman risked doing so just to annoy her husband during the fight.

The cries of the little girl attracted the residents, who found her brother next to her in the dangerous situation that took place on October 9.

Both children were “placed” on the outdoor air condition unit WITHOUT any protective gear. The little girl was terrified by the situation, but her brother remained calm.

The mother, on the other hand, was sitting on the windowsill, arguing loudly with her husband, and based on the conversation, the husband wanted to approach the children but was stopped by the woman.

The video, however, did not reveal the cause of the argument. The caption also mentioned that one of the neighbours had reported the matter to the police.

As for the children, the firefighting team arrived at the scene and the children were rescued, as told by the China Women and Children’s Federation, who said that they were looking into the matter.

Regardless of the cause of the fight, a child should never be put in between a tense situation which should be resolved by the adults themselves.
