All of us, old or young, are for sure in some sort of Whatsapp group with our friends, and that always means funny shenanigans that keep us amused and entertained. This one lady on Twitter shared screenshots of one of these funny situations – and it features a ‘kidnapping’ you won’t forget.
The group of girls had a sleepover the night before at a friend’s place and one of them forgot to take home their soft toy. Of course, leaving your favourite soft toy at a friend’s place can only mean that some fun will be had.
This is what ensued:
The conversation started when friend A (blue) found the orangutan stuffed toy in her room after all her friends had left. She texted B (yellow) and said “(give me) 50k or your son will die” with picture of a blade to the soft toy’s neck, to which B replied, “My baby! How could I have left my child?”
A then tied the soft toy’s hands together, to which B responded to with a forlorn sticker.
A responded by saying that the stuffed toy was stressed because it was left by its owner and that it wanted to jump from the bed.
B then responded by saying that she will think of how to get it back. The finale came when A sent a picture of the stuffed toy hanging from a string, and said “sorry. you’re too late.”
Whew, what a ride! Netizens also commented on the thread and shared similar incidents that happened to them because of their mischievous friends.
One user said that his housemate’s Shrek doll is doing fine even after getting smacked down every day. Hellu pulis? Nak repot dera.
This user said that her stuffed toy always becomes the victim of her friend’s pranks. Are those clothes pins on the ears I spy? Fashion police alert.
Another user said that because his friend took his bag, he tied up the friend’s stuffed toy and sent a note which says “Return the bag or the hostage will die, cut in 2.”
That was such a funny conversation. We hope that the orangutan soft toy has now gone back home to be with its owner. Say no to soft toy abuse!
