International trips are often a good way to relax and unwind, but it’s always important to construct a solid plan before leaving for a foreign country.
Nevertheless, an occasional misfire when organising a vacation can sometimes make for a pretty entertaining sequence of events.
Malaysian content creator and gamer Yonny Zahri recently made a trip to Indonesia to attend a professional e-sports league and to visit other Indonesian gamers. Alongside that, Yonny also linked up with fellow Malaysian and influencer, King Shah. Having booked a hotel suite together for their stay, the duo were in for one big surprise due to a mistake on their part.
In a clip uploaded to Yonny’s TikTok page @yonnytiktok_, Shah revealed that the duo had accidentally booked a suite with a shower portion that had see-through glass looking into the room. Long story short, both men realised that neither of them would be able to take a shower in privacy.
Garnering a massive response online, many commenters asked how the duo didn’t realise this detail about their suite before booking it, though it was all in light-hearted banter.
“The blind leading the blind,” joked one user.
Nevertheless, the vast majority of people couldn’t help but make jokes at the duo’s expense, with one user saying that they should have brought a candle to enhance the “mood” of the room.
“It’s a shame you guys didn’t bring a bath bomb to use together in the bathtub,” jested another user.
Nevertheless, Yonny clarified in another TikTok video that the duo’s solution to the issue was to use the bathroom with the lights turned off. That way, no shadows were cast and nothing would be visible to the other party in the room.
