In a recently viral TikTok video by @khairulkenit, he shared the touching story of his journey to court for a divorce. The video which has garnered a whopping 1.8 MILLION views captures moments of him preparing for the court appearance.
Speaking to WORLD OF BUZZ, Khairul explained that he created and shared the video online to tell his story about going to court and having to part ways with the person he loves the most. They were married for only 7 months.
He mentioned it was a tough time for both him and his ex-wife, and perhaps they simply weren’t meant to be together. Despite that, they both decided to trust the process.
The video also shows him taking his ex-wife, their child, and in-laws out for a meal right after their divorce. In the video, he talks about how it was the first time he had seen his child in 3 months.
Khairul explained that expressing his feelings publicly was just a way of coping, as he was struggling to navigate through the difficulty of the situation.
The video has gained a lot of attention online, with netizens expressing their sadness. Some even shared their own divorce experiences in the comment section.
