The Ministry of Education also reminded that the operation of all educational institutions is subject to the Management and Operation of Teacher Education Institute and Matriculation College in New Norms Guidelines.

Together with the Ministry of Health and the National Security Council, the Ministry of Education added that they will always monitor the current situation of the operation of educational institutions to ensure that the health and safety of educational institutions continue to be given priority.

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Higher Education also said in a statement on 31 December 2021 that students of all local higher educational institutions are allowed to return to campus on as early as 1 March 2021.
