On 13 February, a man slipped into a primary school before masturbating and ejaculating on a student’s uniform. This outrageous incident took place in a primary school in Klang, as reported by The Star and Oriental Daily.
South Klang OCPD Asst Comm Shamsul Amar Ramli confirmed that the police have received a police report lodged by the student’s 39-year-old mother on 14 February, saying that her 7-year-old daughter was sexually harassed by a pervert near the restroom.

“The man, 24, had barged into the restroom stall which was not locked by the victim and undid his pants. He then proceeded to masturbate on the victim’s clothes and the floor,” ACP Shamsul said.
He even took the risk of staying there longer to clean up the floor before leaving the scene. Luckily, the culprit was nabbed shortly after the incident and the case is now being investigated under the Sexual Offence Against Children Act 2017.
We’re glad that the student was physically unharmed and hopefully, this incident wouldn’t cause the girl permanent trauma.
