Clearly he asked the wrong question to the wrong guy.

On July 31, a man who cross-dressed made the biggest mistake of his life when he unknowingly offered sexual services to a policeman. This rather amusing incident took place on Jalan Berangan in Bukit Bintang, as reported by MMO.

During the time of the incident, the 25-year-old guy named Ismaley Bihaki was standing at the sidewalk in front of a Vietnam Restaurant at 4.50am when a police corporal, Roslin Ahmad Fuad passed by.

Not knowing Roslin was a policeman, Ismaley casually asked him,

Hai bang, jom hotel, RM100.”

These five words have landed Ismaley in big trouble as he was prosecuted in the Magistrates Court just two days later, under Section 371 (B) of Penal Code, which carries punishment of imprisonment up to one year or being fined.

Ismaley is the youngest among his four other siblings and he was represented by his lawyer, S Narasimhan, who pleaded for a lighter punishment as it was his client’s first offense. Ismaley, who appeared in court with shoulder-length straight hair and wearing a fitted white T-shirt paired with denim skirt, had also pleaded guilty.

Fortunately, after the punishment was meted out, he was only fined RM1,800 and faced no jail time. Pheww…

Well, let’s hope he has better luck next time.
