Malaysia Wins 39 Medals in Total in The 2022 Asian Para Games!

Congratulations and thank you to all the Malaysian winners who made us proud!

The 2022 Asian Para Games in Hangzhou has officially ended on 28 October 2023. Congratulations to all Malaysian para-athletes, Malaysia has successfully obtained a total of 39 medals, ranking number 12 overall.

Malaysia has earned seven gold, 15 silver, and 17 bronze medals, and has also achieved the target of getting 35 medals in the games.

Hannah Yeoh, the Minister of Youth and Sports, also congratulated all winners in her official Facebook post, stating: “Well done to all the para-athletes who tried their best to uplift the country’s name at the Hangzhou 2022 Asian Para Games. I am very proud of the achievement of the whole Malaysia. The national contingent has closed out competitors in Hangzhou by amassing 39 medals including seven gold, 15 silver and 17 bronze.”.
