In a trending TikTok clip making the rounds, user @puteq_unipurple is warmly greeted by a cleaner at a college in Penang. The caption accompanying the video reveals that the student is getting ready for an exam later that evening.
Speaking to WORLD OF BUZZ, Iskandar shared that he and the makcik exchanged greetings every morning. They also discovered that they both share the same birthday month, forming a bond over time.
In the video, you can see the makcik joyfully handing curry puffs to him.
Iskandar mentioned that the makcik would often ask if he has eaten, sometimes even providing breakfast before he headed to class.
“We’ve been close since my first day. On the day of the incident, the makcik received numerous gifts from her fellow friends, and she generously decided to share them with me.”
Iskandar expressed,
“I feel appreciated, and she reminds me of my mother, especially after finding out that I have an upcoming exam.”
