It pains us so much whenever we see animals hit by cars and left there to die.
On July 6, a kitten would have ended up as roadkill if it hadn’t been for a lady named Ezety Mutalib, 33, based in Kedah.
In a post by the 33-year-old clerk, she asks if the owner of the car driving in front of her on Jalan Padang Temusu at 3.30pm on July 6 has lost a kitten.
In Ezety’s dashcam clip, we can see the kitten falling out of the car. Ezety was quick enough to brake so that she didn’t hit the cat, and she proceeded to get out of the vehicle to rescue the little cat.
However, the kitten was probably frightened and moved under Ezety’s car. To save the tiny feline, she had to move the car forward.
Other cars also took note of the kitten and avoided it. After stopping the vehicle further in front, Ezety ran to bring the kitten back to safety.
She is unsure if the kitten belongs to the driver of the car in front of her or if the small feline was a stray that curiously climbed into the car’s engine.
Speaking to WORLD OF BUZZ, Ezety says that she is currently taking care of the kitten, and if no one comes to claim them, she will raise it in her family.
Many netizens were thankful to Ezety for saving the kitten.
